One major thing that sets Linda apart is her use of technology. In our journey with Linda, she set up a personalized web page based on our preferences & parameters that automatically populated throughout the day with the latest listings that fit our needs. We could favorite, and even comment on the ones we loved so she had a better idea of what to show us. When we were still living in another state, she'd take videos of home walkthroughs, and even of the neighborhood and surrounding areas and send them to us via a video messaging app. The whole experience was incredibly interactive and personal, even when we were hundreds of miles apart.
It also helps that she's incredibly nice and personable. Conversation flows easily, and she's genuinely a fun person to be around!
